Care and warranty information.

General guidance—project-specific terms appear in the quotation or handover information.

Stainless steel care

Clean with fresh water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent using a soft cloth. Rinse and dry where practical. Avoid steel wool, harsh chloride cleaners and tools previously used on carbon steel, as these may contaminate or mark the surface.

Mild-steel finishes

Inspect painted or coated mild steel regularly. Scratches, chips and early corrosion should be cleaned and repaired promptly using a compatible protective coating.

Moving parts and fixings

Keep hinges, latches and moving components clean and lubricated with a suitable product. Report loose fixings, unusual movement or impact damage before continued heavy use.

Warranty

Any workmanship or product warranty applies only where it is expressly stated in the accepted quotation or handover documents. Normal wear, misuse, impact, unauthorised alterations, aggressive environments and neglected maintenance may be excluded.
